Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Bamburista ships internationally to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the rest of Europe, America and beyond. For more information about delivery times, Track & Trace and costs, please contact Bamburista by email to info@bamburista.com.

How long does it take to receive my order?
When a purchase is placed online, Bamburista strives to deliver it to the customer’s home as soon as possible. All orders placed and paid before 5:30 PM will be shipped the same day via PostNL – if in stock. Ordered on weekdays before 5.30 pm, the next working day will be delivered. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday. The delivery time of PostNL within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days. Packages to Belgium, Germany and France (ordered before 5.30 pm) are delivered within 2-4 working days. In the rest of Europe, deliveries are made within 3-6 working days and outside Europe the shipping time is between 5-15 working days.

I want to receive an order quickly, what should I do?
PostNL delivers the order the working day after the order, if the package is available at the Post Office before 18:00. You can also always contact us at info@bamburista.com

Is it possible to ship my order to two addresses?
No, it is not possible to deliver one order to two different addresses. Then it is best to place two separate orders for two separate delivery addresses.

What are the payment methods?
At Bamburista you can pay safely in the following ways:

– Mastercard
– Visa
– PayPal

Is it safe to pay to Bamburista with my credit card or via Paypal?
Yes, payments to Bamburista are made by Paypal. They also take care of payments from other major webshops. They guarantee the security surrounding the transactions. As soon as payment is received, the order will be processed directly by Bamburista. In addition, www.bamburista.com is secured with an SSL certificate and you will receive a Track & Trace from PostNL.

Can I also manually transfer my payment via my bank?
Yes, this is possible. If Paypal payment is not possible, the amount can be transferred to:

Returns and Responsibility
Returns? This can be done by sending an email to: info@bamburista.com. State your name, order number, IBAN account number, article (s) and preferably (not mandatory) the reason for return.

Bamburista only accepts returns if the product is unworn, undamaged, without stains on the material and sole and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return costs of his or her order. In addition, the customer is responsible for preparing and sending the return shipment. The customer can return the order within 30 days after the customer has received the order. The customer can request a return label via info@bamburista.com.

How can I exchange my purchase?
Exchange can be reported by sending an email to info@bamburista.com, stating your name, order number, IBAN account number, article (s) and preferably (not required) the reason for exchange. When the item is available, the item can be exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt or return form.

Bamburista must receive notification of the exchange by email within 14 days.

How long does it take before my money is refunded?
The purchase amount of the returned item will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after receipt by ING BANK (Internatio Allique B.V.).

I have not received a confirmation email yet?

If no confirmation email has arrived, the following may have gone wrong:

– The payment provider (from the customer) may view the automatic emails from Bamburista as spam and have deleted or moved them to the spam box;

– The order details are incorrect, for example a typing error has been made in the email address;

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an order can be placed with Bamburista without an account. However, it is possible to create a personal account. Handy for a possible next online purchase.

How can I track my order?
After the order has been placed, Bamburista will send a tracking number from PostNL by email as soon as the order has been shipped. With this number the order can be traced. If you have not yet received the tracking number, you can request it at any time via info@bamburista.com.
